Natasha Begum Ravindra is a highly accomplished communications professional with over 12 years of experience in the public sector, higher education and Technical and Vocational Education and Training or TVET institutions, international development, and private industry. Based in Suva, Fiji, she is the founder of Clearpoint Communication, a public relations consultancy dedicated to helping organisations craft compelling narratives, enhance their public reputation, and effectively engage with key audiences.

Throughout her career, Natasha has held senior communications roles in prominent organisations, including the Pacific Community (SPC), the Australian Government’s Fiji Program Support Facility, and The University of the South Pacific. She has led strategic communications, crisis communication, and knowledge management initiatives, delivering measurable impact in stakeholder engagement and public diplomacy. Additionally, she has also served as a civil servant with the Fijian Government’s Department of Information and the Attorney-General’s Chambers, providing visibility for the Prime Minister and the Attorney-General. Her expertise encompasses leadership, crisis management, strategic communications, and project management, with a deep understanding of the Pacific region’s cultural and political landscape. During her time as a student, Natasha was a radio jockey with Fiji’s first and longest running English radio station, Gold FM.

Natasha holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations, a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Literature from The University of the South Pacific, and a Professional Diploma in Project Management. She is also trained in Basic Sign Language, reflecting her commitment to inclusive communication.
